Nothing is sold in the closed beta, so there is nothing to refund. Beta Lumen and items are free and have no cash value.
At launch
- You buy items in Across the Gate: Into Her World with Nutaku Gold. Nutaku sells the Gold and takes the payment. We never see your payment details.
- Items are delivered at once and are used up when you use them.
- We do not give refunds in the game. For a refund, contact Nutaku support. Nutaku decides refunds under its own terms.
- If a purchase did not arrive, or something went wrong, email support@acrossthegate.com with your player name and the time of purchase. We will check and fix it.
- If Nutaku refunds a purchase, or your bank reverses it, we remove what it bought. If you already spent it, your balance can go below zero until it is paid back.
- Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
