Closed Beta Terms

Version beta-terms-2.

The short version

  • The game is for adults only (18+), in the United States and Canada (not Quebec).
  • The beta is a free test. Nothing is sold, and everything in it is deleted at launch.
  • Keep the beta private, play fair, and tell us about bugs.
  • We can change, reset or end the beta at any time.

These terms are between you and Hidden Feature Studio, LLC ("we"). By playing the closed beta of Across the Gate: Into Her World, you accept them.

1. Who can play

You must be 18 or older and an adult where you live, live in the United States or Canada (not Quebec), have been invited, and be allowed to see adult content where you live. One person, one account.

2. Adult content

The game has revealing art and sexual themes. Every character is an adult. Do not let anyone under 18 see it. If a character ever looks under 18 to you, tell us at once.

3. It is a test, and it is wiped

  • The beta is unfinished. It may have bugs, lose progress or go offline. We provide it "as is".
  • Everything you get (Lumen, units, items, gold, ranks) is free test material with no cash value. You cannot sell or trade it.
  • We may reset progress during the beta, and we delete the whole beta when the game launches. Nothing carries over.
  • Ranking seasons are tests with no rewards. Other testers see your player name, position, score and time.

4. Keep it private

You can say you are a tester. Share screenshots, video, art or story only in the tester channel. Never post adult images from the game anywhere public, even after the beta.

5. Play fair

No cheating, bots or exploits (report bugs instead). Do not copy or change the game's files, attack our servers, or harass anyone. We can remove any tester who breaks these terms.

6. Feedback

If you send feedback, we may use it freely, without paying or naming you.

7. Ours and yours

The game and its characters belong to us. You get a personal right to play the beta, nothing more. The art and most of the text were created with generative AI tools, under the developer's direction.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for anything lost in the beta.

9. Nutaku

You play through Nutaku. Your Nutaku account is covered by Nutaku's terms.

10. Leaving and changes

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can end the beta at any time. If these terms change, the game asks you to accept the new version.
