Account and codes
How do I get my account back?
Use your recovery code. On the WELCOME screen choose "I have a recovery code", paste it and choose RESTORE. That brings the account back on this browser.
I am changing browser or device. What do I do first?
In the game, open Settings, then Account, then SWITCH ACCOUNT. It shows your recovery code before it clears the browser. Copy it or write it down. It is the only way back to the account on any browser.
I do not have an invite code.
The closed beta is by invitation, one use for each code. If a code is not accepted, check it and try again. If it still does not work, ask the person who sent it for a new one.
Playing
What is Resolve?
The energy you spend to clear a map. It refills 1 every 4 minutes, up to 120 plus 3 for each rank. See Getting started.
Why can nobody hit this flyer?
Flying enemies cannot be blocked, and only Marksmen, Hexers and Cantors can hit them. Put one in reach, or withdraw one and place it again. See Classes and heroines.
Can I trade relics or heroines?
No. Nothing moves between accounts. See Relics.
Where are the summon rates?
On each banner, under RATES AND DETAILS. See Shop and passes.
Purchases and refunds
Nothing is sold during the closed beta. When the shop opens, purchases are made through Nutaku, and Nutaku handles refunds under its own rules. We do not give refunds in the game. See Purchases and refunds.
Bugs and support
- Something looks wrong or is broken. Use BETA FEEDBACK in Settings, About, or contact support. Tell us your player name, what happened and the time.
- Contact support. Email support@acrossthegate.com, or use the support page. A screenshot helps, but never post an adult image from the game anywhere public.
- Delete my beta account. Contact support.

Every character in the game is an adult. If one ever looks under 18 to you, tell us at once through support.
